TERATORN support
For questions, bugs, feedback, or help with account deletion, email [email protected]. Include your device, operating system, app version, what happened, and any error message. Remove personal information from screenshots. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
How do I play?
Take resource tokens, buy Project Cards to build your infrastructure and earn influence, and compete on Mars. Tap a card to buy it or reserve it if you cannot afford it yet.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Initial setup uses a free Unity Player Account and requires internet. Use the same sign-in method to recover your progress on another device.
Is it online-only?
After initial setup, Solo works offline. Online matches, account recovery, friends and cloud synchronization require internet.
How do I invite a friend?
Send an in-game invitation or share the room link, QR code or room code. Background iOS invitations need notification permission and an internet connection; delivery can be affected by system notification settings.
Account access and deletion
Manage your sign-in at Unity Player Accounts. That shared account is separate from your TERATORN game account. Deleting the shared account does not automatically delete TERATORN game data.
Initiate game-account deletion from the account and privacy controls in your player profile. Deletion requires internet. If the app reports an incomplete request or asks you to retry, deletion has not been confirmed complete. Contact support if you cannot finish, cannot sign in, or do not see those controls. We may need to verify account ownership. See the current published privacy policy for scope and details.
